Not bad, Quick and easy to use
Not bad quick and easy to use, the only downside is that codes have not been received ass yet and i was unable to speak to someone to get them resent or find out what the problem is. Also it states on the website that if the codes are not received then you should reset a password - however the link does not work and I did not et an option to create an account - so as it stand, I have raised a ticket and it states that they will get back to me within 24 hours, so I\'ll wait and see what happens next

Really affordable, fast and simple.. but there was a catch!
The whole process was really straightforward. The codes were very cheap and the process worked very well. I thought it had to be a scam of sorts but it wasnt; the codes were active after 3 minutes and amazon recognised the EANs straight away.
However once you go to collect your codes, you find that you have to pay £89 to protect them which was mentioned literally no where on the site before check ing out. I know this because i already read a review mentioning it so i was looking out. I think if that was more upfront it would make this more transparent and therefore 5 stars

Came through in the end
Well, the login details didn't arrive, but then another email came the following day saying I hadn't picked up my codes (der!), tried to login from there, clicked "forgot password" and that worked. So all fine in the end, and no problem as I could afford to lose a day, but yes, the initial activation email never came, and that "Customer Service" link in the order confirmation email isn't working either.
Sure it needs just a little tweek, but thought you should know... All the best.

I bought a barcode, but you need to then pay 120 a year to protect it - even though they say it's yours for good! if you don't protect it, then does it get used by someone else?

Unfortunately not as advertised - additional charges
Purchased the EANs at the advertised price, I logged into my account to use my codes and it immediately said “EANs not registered, protect them now” this comes with an additional subscription charge.
I needed the codes for Amazon products and they simply did not work, it said “you are using EANs that do not match the products you are trying to list”.
Frustrating, very nearly a waste of time.

Easy to use but be careful
I used the site for the first time and found it easy and straightforward to use. I had a momentary laps of concentration and put co.uk instead of putting. com on the end of my email but despite contacting support did not get my barcode purchase and had to pay again for them. Ultimately I suppose this is a good thing and will avoid complications with your barcode purchase but be careful, mistakes are expensive.
